Where liability cannot be excluded by law, it is limited to the amount you paid for the relevant service in the twelve months preceding the claim, or USD 100 if you paid nothing.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Double Point Consulting FZCO and its personnel from any claims, losses, liabilities and expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of the services, your violation of these terms, or your violation of any third-party rights or terms of service, including those of Garmin or Anthropic.

Governing law
